Our Journey & Mission

Diphu Morning Star Football Club Private Limited (CIN: U92412AS2012PTC011379) is a registered private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, based in Diphu, Karbi Anglong, Assam. Founded in 2012, the club has grown from a local initiative to a recognized entity in Indian football circles.

Our mission is to promote football as a tool for youth development, health, and social cohesion. We focus on identifying and training young talent from rural and urban areas of Assam, providing them with opportunities to excel at state and national levels. The club operates with a vision to create a sustainable sports ecosystem that contributes to the socio-economic development of the region.

Youth Training Academy

Comprehensive football training for children aged 6-18, focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and tactical understanding. Our certified coaches follow a structured curriculum that includes drills, matches, and mental conditioning. The program runs year-round with batches for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. We emphasize discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship, preparing youngsters for competitive play. Operations Head

MBA in Sports Management, overseeing logistics, partnerships, and event coordination for the club.

Medical Advisor

Sports medicine specialist providing injury prevention and rehabilitation services to players.

Our Coaching Philosophy

We believe in holistic development: technical skills, physical conditioning, mental toughness, and character building. Our coaches are trained in modern methodologies, including data analytics and psychological support. The coaching staff includes 8 full-time and 12 part-time professionals, all certified by recognized bodies. We prioritize safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, ensuring every player reaches their potential.

Victory in Assam State League 2023

June 15, 2023

Our senior team clinched the runner-up position in the Assam State Football League Division B, securing promotion to Division A for the 2024 season. The tournament saw intense matches across Guwahati, Jorhat, and Diphu. Key player Arjun Mech scored 8 goals, earning the Golden Boot award. This achievement marks a historic milestone for the club, reflecting years of hard work and strategic planning. Celebrations were held at the club premises with community members.

New Grassroots Program Launched

April 10, 2023

We inaugurated the "Football for All" initiative, targeting 200 children from economically weaker sections. The program provides free training, kits, and nutritional support. Partnering with local schools, we aim to identify talent early and offer scholarships. The launch event featured exhibition matches and guest appearances by former national players. This initiative aligns with our CSR objectives and has received support from the Assam Sports Council.
